Day 1 of six days off in a row

Sophie and I stayed in pajamas all day. There was no agenda. It took some self-discipline, but after a few hours I got used to it.

Sophie has had questions about pirates. We spent some of our first day of six days off in a row making replacement sails for our 25+ year old pirate ship.

We've looked for books for Sophie's questions about pirates. There is plenty of Johnny Depp out there, and a book where a pirate doesn't cry until his parrot dies. The nice lady at Pooh's Corner helped us find this:
